Casa Lita is a 2-bedroom apartment with wonderful views of the Mediterranean Sea, in a beautifully manicured beachside complex on the New Golden Mile!
The apartment offers the best of both worlds. It has the perfect location with direct beach and boardwalk access, yet it is also just 5 minutes away from all the facilities and amenities in the area. This makes it the perfect choice for your holiday home.
The living/dining area leads to the veranda with seating for 2 where you can enjoy the serene views over the communal gardens, swimming pool, and the sea.
There is an indoor dining table that sits 4 and in the living area, a Smart TV. The fully equipped corner kitchen sits by the entrance and has a hatch opening to the dining area. There is a utility area with a washing machine.
