Villa Los Monteros is located in Los Monteros Altos, just a 10-minute drive from the coast with spectacular views over Marbella and out towards the Mediterranean Sea and African coastline. This area also has 3 golf courses on the doorstep and amenities such as supermarkets, pharmacies, and other conveniences nearby.
This 4 bedroom villa is thoughtfully furnished in a bohemian shabby chic style and perfect for a family or group looking to escape the hustle and bustle of the busier coastline and relax in stunning gardens, lounge next to the infinity pool, and enjoy simply stunning sunset views.
On entering the villa you are greeted by a double-height ceiling and dramatic balcony with glass doors then leading through to the living area and terrace with those all-important views.
On this ground floor and to the left of the hall you will find two bright and airy double bedrooms with en-suites. To the right of the hall the newly refurbished kitchen and utility areas lead to the covered terrace dining area with ample space for guests.
The gardens are really spacious and occupy three levels, the upper terrace, the pool area, and a lower area complete with a dining table and chairs which offers a little privacy and peace of quiet for those calm moments too.
Upstairs you find both a double guest room and the impressive master bedroom with its own private terrace and large en suite bathroom including a walk-in shower and divine bathtub.
On the lower level you will find a second living area that provides the perfect retreat for teenagers on a hot summer’s day or for later night drinks perhaps complete with a game room, large screen tv with Netflix and PlayStation. Here you also find another double ensuite bedroom room with direct access to the gardens.
The villa has wifi & IPTV throughout. There is an option to heat the pool for an additional weekly cost.
Daily maid services, chefs, and drivers can all be contracted with our Concierge Service.
